β-羥基-β-甲基丁酸在水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物中應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展(下)
HMB 是一種非常有應(yīng)用前景的營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充劑,已經(jīng)在臨床和動(dòng)物中有了大量的試驗(yàn)及應(yīng)用,且已證明了其安全。HMB 具有多種有益作用,包括促進(jìn)肌肉蛋白質(zhì)合成、抑制肌肉蛋白質(zhì)降解、提高肌肉品質(zhì)和免疫力等。同時(shí),HMB 是一種無(wú)氮補(bǔ)劑,應(yīng)用于水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖中對(duì)水體的污染小,不會(huì)造成水體中氨氮和亞硝酸含量的升高。
因此,HMB 作為飼料添加劑,在提高水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖動(dòng)物生長(zhǎng)性能、肌肉品質(zhì)和免疫功能方面具有非常廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。HMB 的作用機(jī)制非常復(fù)雜,目前還在探索階段,需要大量的試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。HMB 在水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物中的應(yīng)用和研究非常有限,許多在畜禽動(dòng)物中常見(jiàn)的研究在水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物尤其是甲殼動(dòng)物中卻鮮有報(bào)道,未來(lái)需要大量的研究來(lái)驗(yàn)證HMB 在水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物中的作用及其機(jī)制。
